Moving from a career to a calling.
We love to support leaders in creating a career and life of their choosing. But for some, they find there is something missing after a while. They don’t always know how to articulate what isn’t quite working, but they long for something more fulfilling. What they’re describing is what we’d refer to as a calling.
Following a calling requires you to allow life to take the wheel. You’re only able to discover your calling when you’re ready to surrender your attachments to how your life is supposed to be. From this curious and non-attached place, you’ll be positioned to discover your deepest self, zone of genius, and purpose.
We’re proud to announce that we have a new offering at CLG to support leaders in discovering their calling. Erica Schreiber, who was instrumental in helping CLG listen to our own calling, has joined our team. Her gift is to see another in all of his or her complexity and reflect it back in the form of a succinct map. She offers a unique experience for leaders who want to more specifically know who they are, what is theirs to do in the world, and how to put it into action.
To find out more, check out the resources below. Listen to or watch the video conversation we had with Erica about shifting from career to calling. You’ll discover why you need to be willing to risk everything to live your purpose from your genius, and hear Diana’s story of doing just that. Read Erica’s blog about why mapping your identity is a game changer, including a process to get you started mapping today. Discover what Erica’s clients have to say about her impact on their impact.
