We're thrilled to welcome you this experience with us.
We’ll meet weekly on Zoom in an interactive classroom for four weeks. We'll guide you through the exploration and practice of Commitments 1-5 of The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. Each week we’ll introduce experiential exercises and shift moves related to commitments 1-5. You’ll practice in diads and triads during the class in breakout rooms, we'll answer your questions, and you'll receive practices to experiment with between classes.

After each session, we’ll post a recording of the class, any additional learning and practice materials that came up during our session, and list the resource page for the commitment(s) where you can explore even more. If you miss an in person class, you’ll be able to get up to speed and continue with us in close to real time by watching the video and engaging with the resources.

Create practices to become aware of compulsions
For example: Make an agreement to only check your phone at the top of each hour.
Ask yourself the following questions:
What feeling is here now?
Where is it in my body?
Bonus Question: What are the bits doing?
Activity: Find fun ways to play with your feelings.
Create a withhold inventory:
Who are all the people you have withholds from?
What are those withholds?
If you are willing, take 1 of those people on your list and go practice.
Ask yourself the following question:
Who do you want to practice conscious listening with?
Express yourself candidly and allow space for others to practice candor.
