Position Summary

The Senior Account Manager is an essential team member and leader supporting Client Services, our coaches, and the overall client experience. This position is responsible for the administrative support that makes delivery of CLG programs and services possible. The Account Managers at CLG will ensure both clients and CLG have accurate and complete information with respect to programs and services, scheduling, content, and client payment status. This position provides efficient client service by partnering closely with a set group of coaches to deeply know and support their clients. In addition to these standard account management responsibilities, the Sr. Account Manager will hire, train, and manage junior AM staff. The Sr. Account Manager will report to and collaborate with the Director of Client Services.

The Role

  • The ideal candidate for this position understands the client experience is made exquisite in the details and finds joy in taking responsibility for them.
  • Support assigned coaches with scheduling, record keeping on Hubspot, and technical support for virtual events on Zoom as needed.
  • Train and onboard junior AM staff.
  • Support the onboarding of new coaches.
  • Manage dissemination of content to clients to support programs. This will include setting up email campaigns and managing surveys.
  • Partner with Sales to onboard new clients.
  • Write proposals and prepare contracts for existing clients in support of assigned coaches.
  • Review and approve proposals and contracts written by junior AM staff.
  • Partner with Operations to support accuracy in billing and respond to client billing inquiries.
  • The Sr. Account Manager will be on the “front lines” with coaches and clients. This role will be responsible for identifying any issues impacting the client experience, communicating them to the appropriate staff partners, and supporting the solution process.
  • Partner with Operations and Client Services to develop and formalize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Partner with Marketing to ensure coach-led initiatives are promoted via appropriate channels.
  • Monitor and report on coach-specific KPIs.
  • Other project work as identified in support of the above workflow.

Experience and Background

  • 6-8 years experience in a similar role
  • You have meaningful client-facing experience and significant project management experience
  • Familiar with software: Mac IOS, Asana, Hubspot, G Suite, and Quickbooks or other billing software

Specifics

  • Full-time, 100 percent virtual, exempt
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST

Compensation

  • Range: $85,000 to $90,000
  • Salary based on education, skills, and experience
