Before joining the CLG team, Stephanie founded Adaptive Alternatives LLC, a consulting and coaching firm. Stephanie brings 25 years of experience in leadership development, strategic planning, revenue generation and fundraising, marketing, and organizational culture. She has worked with leaders and companies across industries, including technology start-ups, manufacturing, non-profits, higher and secondary education, arts and culture, social services, and philanthropy.
Stephanie holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a BA in English from Princeton University. A former ballerina with an appreciation of body intelligence and a joy for movement, she integrates body-awareness practices into her work with clients.
Stephanie is based in Ann Arbor, Michigan, where she and her husband are often found on field hockey, ice hockey, basketball, and soccer sidelines cheering for their two children.
