Led By
Michael Norton is a Senior Coach at The Conscious Leadership Group and a Partner at The Enneagram Group. For 20 years he’s used the Enneagram with leaders, teams, and cultures around the world, and he co-created the curriculum and training materials for every CLG Enneagram experience. His teachers include Beatrice Chestnut and Uranio Paes (Personal Mastery Certification) and The Narrative Enneagram, where he’s a certified teacher, practitioner, and typing professional; he also holds Level 1 IEQ9 accreditation.
Michael is a certified 15 Commitments coach and a facilitator of CLG’s Coaches Certification 1 program. His coaching is direct and warm: he is known for his deep authenticity and for helping leaders see the patterns that keep them stuck. Michael is based in New York City after many years in London.
Sierra Larson is a Senior Coach at The Conscious Leadership Group. For nearly 15 years she’s used the Enneagram with leaders and teams, first as a tech HR executive, where she saw firsthand how directly it transformed communication, collaboration, and results, and now as a central pillar of her coaching practice. She is a certified practitioner with The Narrative Enneagram and holds IEQ9 accreditation.
Sierra’s coaching combines razor-sharp insight, deep emotional intelligence, and a way of challenging leaders that feels both bold and unwaveringly supportive. Sharing the Enneagram’s gifts with leaders and teams remains one of her greatest joys.

How much does it cost?

Is there a prerequisite to join?
No, but we highly recommend you take our four week Foundations course before this course to have the best experience.
Will the live sessions be recorded?
We prefer for attendees to attend all four sessions live. If for some reason something happens, you’ll get a recording within 48 hours of the session through our learning portal.
Do I need to know my enneagram type to join this program?
Yes. We recommend the test at Enneagram.is if you are not sure. Note, this fee is not included in the cost of the course.
What if I can’t decide what type I am?
Come to the class with one or two you think you might be and use the class to collect more data to decide what your type is.
Do I need to know the enneagram types of my team or direct reports to join this program?
- Not required, but very helpful. You’ll get the most out of the course if you know their types (they can find theirs at Enneagram.is).
- If you don’t, you’ll likely naturally start recognizing their patterns as we cover each type.
Should I invite my team to take this with me?
We welcome people from the same team to this training.
I see dates listed just once for 2027. Will this be offered again in the future?
We are running this as a one-time offering for now. Depending on participant feedback and demand, we may open future cohorts.
What else do I need to know to join this program?
Please join from a quiet, private space where you can participate and speak freely. We do not recommend you join from a moving vehicle or in a crowded or public place where you cannot speak freely.
Do I have to be on camera?
We prefer that everyone stay on camera for the duration of each training.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event. After that, we do not offer refunds.
