Dolores Stevens

Dolores is a conscious leadership coach and facilitator dedicated to supporting high-growth individuals and companies. As a veteran startup leader, Dolores brings a wealth of executive and operational experience to her coaching.

Prior to coaching, Dolores was responsible for building and leading high-functioning teams at startups such as WeWork, Hello Alfred, and Case. In her time with WeWork, Dolores scaled the Real Estate team from 12 people based out of NYC to nearly 200 people globally in under three years. Her experience spans corporate strategy, operations, B2B sales and account management.

Dolores received her B.S. from University of Virginia, and a Masters of Architecture from Columbia University. After a decade in NYC, Dolores recently relocated to Philadelphia with her husband and their pup, Oakley. On the weekends you’ll find them hiking, biking or exploring a new locale.
