Below are not progressive steps but options for continuing to learn with us.  If you’re ready to take a deep dive, consider 1:1 coaching or attend an intensive, or if you live in a city where we hold regional CLG Forums, consider applying for a spot in the next forum. 

1:1 Coaching

The speed of transformation for individuals and organizations goes up dramatically when leaders are coached 1:1. Our coaches are expert at applying the 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership to specific situations in your work and personal life.

Forum

CLG Forum is group of like-minded organizational leaders who come together to practice consciousness and conscious leadership together. Forum members challenge themselves and one another to live a life aligned with The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership. Forums are led by certified CLG facilitators, in contrast with peer moderated groups such as YPO and YPO Gold

The 15 Commitments
Coaches Certification Training Program


A one-year training that supports organizational coaches in developing mastery of living The 15 Commitments, holding space for others to live The 15 Commitments and coaching one-on-one clients using the CLG tools. This program is available to those who already have basic coaching certification or professional HR training.
