National Virtual Forum Applicatioon

It’s fantastic that you’re interested in joining a CLG National (virtual) Forum.  We put together forums of peers based on affinity. Please answer the questions below so we can get to know you, see if you're a match, and if so, to find the right group for you.

After we receive your responses, we'll contact you to let you know if you're a potential match. If you are, we'll set up a 20 minute interview call. The next step is an online intro event where you’ll meet other potential forum mates and get a brief experience of what to expect for the year. After the event, you can sign up for the forum. We accept the first 10 people to sign up who have been pre-approved through the interview process.
