Leader 360
The Leader 360 is a reflective experience where you, the leader, are invited to see yourself through the eyes of those you lead. It’s about gaining clarity on how your actions, words, and intentions resonate with your team and impact your organizational culture. Through this assessment, you will discover both your light and your shadow—your greatest strengths and areas for conscious growth.
How Does It Work?
- Intentional Conversations: We start with one-on-one interviews, where a select group of your colleagues—including peers, direct reports, and supervisors—share their authentic perspectives on your leadership. These conversations are designed to be open, curious, and non-judgmental, providing a safe space for honest feedback.
- Reflective Surveys: We expand the circle of awareness with confidential surveys that invite a broader group to offer insights into your leadership style and its impact. These surveys are crafted to encourage thoughtful reflection, focusing on your alignment with conscious leadership principles such as responsibility, integrity, and emotional intelligence.
- Integrative Feedback Report: We compile the feedback into a comprehensive report that reflects both the quantitative data and qualitative insights gathered from the interviews and surveys. This report is not just a mirror but a map, highlighting patterns and themes that reveal opportunities for deeper self-awareness and growth.
- Conscious Reflection and Action Planning: We believe in the power of reflection and choice. In a facilitated session, you will explore the feedback with a CLG consultant trained in conscious leadership. Together, you will identify key takeaways, uncover unconscious patterns, and create a clear, actionable path forward that aligns with your personal and professional goals.
Integrity Bootcamp

1:1 Coaching
Culture is a reflection of the consciousness of the leader
Which is why we require three months of 1:1 coaching* (at minimum) before any team engagement. After three months, we will assess if the leader is dedicated to practicing conscious leadership at work and at home. For teams within larger organizations where active engagement with the organizational leader is out of reach, starting with the team leader may be sufficient.
*Leaders who are in CLG Forums can petition to skip this step.
Our initial sequence includes up to (6) 50-min sessions over the course of 3 months. You'll decide with your coach if your sessions will be on the phone or Zoom (video). Your coach will be available for laser coaching (texts, emails, calls to work through issues as they arise in real time) throughout your coaching period.

Enneagram Typing
The Enneagram is a powerful and nuanced tool for self-awareness. The combination of Conscious Leadership and the Enneagram is a spot-on formula for transformation.
The Enneagram describes nine ways of seeing the world. Each type has a particular set of underlying beliefs, strategies for meeting needs, strengths, and blind spots. Identifying your type builds self-awareness while supporting you to lead more authentically, cultivate healthier relationships, reduce unnecessary conflict, and collaborate with higher levels of effectiveness.
CLG Forum
CLG Forum is for leaders who want a black belt in conscious leadership.
CLG Forum is a group of like-minded organizational leaders who come together to build community and practice conscious leadership. It’s for leaders who want to wake up in consciousness and live a life aligned with The 15 Commitments of Conscious Leadership.
We hold a high bar for entry; we vet for willingness to practice and be uncomfortable, give and receive feedback, and learn and grow. All CLG Forums are facilitated by senior CLG facilitators who don’t hold back with giving feedback, support the deepest exploration of an issue, and hold a high bar for regular practice, both in and outside of Forum.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. You will be notified when the next Forum in your area will start.
Conscious Culture Program
A 8-10 month program for organizations ready to eliminate drama.
We start with the senior leadership team, and then extend to the next levels. Your CLG facilitator will introduce a new commitment monthly (onsite or virtually) and guide your team through practicing and integrating into the day-to-day.
Teams that integrate conscious leadership experience a greater sense of well-being. They notice that conflicts are resolved more easily, drama declines significantly, and people feel more empowered, included, and valued. Work becomes a better place to be.
