Introduction to Conscious Leadership
This event is for anyone interested in exploring the core concepts and models of conscious leadership.
Typically the classes are made up of organizational leaders, executive coaches, HR professionals, and parents. We introduce the basic tools we use to eliminate drama, build trust, and create conscious cultures. You will explore a personal or professional relationship challenge and learn how you can permanently shift the pattern.
You’ll walk away with an understanding of:
- What conscious leadership is
- The difference between leading from trust vs. threat
- How to identify your own threat patterns
- Technologies for shifting from threat to trust.
Leader Circle
Become more self-aware, reduce drama at work and at home, and build conscious community.
You will deepen your understanding of Commitments 1-6 and expand your capacity to shift when reactive. Your coach will regularly support you, and members will provide feedback and inspiration for one another. You will be both challenged and accepted like never before!

Integrity Bootcamp

On being accepted… Our team are masters of radical acceptance, which is a prerequisite for successful challenging. You cannot shift what you cannot accept. We accept just as fiercely as we challenge. If this sounds intense to you, that’s because it is. It creates a whole nervous system reorganization, which is no small thing. You’ll need to allow this to happen in order to build the capacity to let full aliveness run through your being.
On being challenged… You will face things you’ve wanted to avoid, perhaps for your whole life. This experience will be edgy, provocative, and demand your courage. Almost all past participants said they didn’t realize how challenging it would be, but they were grateful for it. You’ll be asked to surrender to sensory, emotional, and psychological discomforts in service of aliveness.
On full aliveness… Full aliveness is the experience of being present, unencumbered, and free. Most of us block it through habitual contraction and social conditioning. Being fully alive means embracing the messy, non-linear path that often challenges norms. Using The 4 Pillars of Integrity, we’ll explore how we block our flow and live less than fully alive. 1:1 Coaching
Culture is a reflection of the consciousness of the leader
Which is why we require three months of 1:1 coaching* (at minimum) before any team engagement. After three months, we will assess if the leader is dedicated to practicing conscious leadership at work and at home. For teams within larger organizations where active engagement with the organizational leader is out of reach, starting with the team leader may be sufficient.
*Leaders who are in CLG Forums can petition to skip this step.
Our initial sequence includes up to (6) 50-min sessions over the course of 3 months. You'll decide with your coach if your sessions will be on the phone or Zoom (video). Your coach will be available for laser coaching (texts, emails, calls to work through issues as they arise in real time) throughout your coaching period.
