Sierra’s extensive background as an HR executive in the tech industry gave her a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, but her true gift lies in unlocking leaders at their core. She’s based in the Bay Area and holds a degree in Public Health from UC Berkeley. She’s happiest exploring nature, recreating favorite dishes from her travels to share with friends, and loves long walks through Golden Gate Park with her Australian Shepherd, Juni.
