As a Board, we have agreed to govern ourselves using CLG principles. When a series of Board meetings resulted in emotional stress and reduced productivity, we brought in CLG to help us learn to use CLG tools to facilitate better communication. Where before as a leader I felt stuck, I now feel that concepts such as clear agreements, 100% responsibility, and the drama triangle provide pathways to greater clarity, safety and productivity for all Board members.
