The Conscious Culture program was a game changer for our management team. There’s more curiosity now to explore new thoughts and ideas, and to be truly open-minded around long-held beliefs. There’s clearer communication and better collaboration, and people feel much more comfortable giving each other feedback that in the past would have been difficult, or could create conflict. An interesting side effect (and bonus) is that we also took some of insights back into our own personal development – how can each of us be more curious and open in our lives, outside of work? There were some skeptics initially, but having gone through the program - the team really appreciated the investment we made in the team and in each of them individually.
