CLG empowers our staff with tools, such as the clearing model, that scale with the company and help preserve a culture of candor and ownership. For me there is something deeply important about Commitment #1, taking 100% responsibility—not 105%, and not 95%. The CLG training is a great reminder to reflect on "what does taking 100% responsibility look like?" As a leader, this also translates to mentoring my team through taking responsibility rather than feeling "at the effect of" creating outcomes that align with their vision of success.
