One of my most memorable and transformative experiences has been working with Peggy through my one-on-one coaching sessions, both personally and professionally. One of my biggest takeaways from these sessions was learning to challenge the stories I've created in my head by exploring how the opposite might also be true and to learn what actually drives me into playing the hero role in many situations. This practice has helped me uncover some blockages I didn't realize I could release by simply changing my perspective and approaching challenges with greater clarity. Peggy also helped me recognize and appreciate my natural strengths- what we learned to identify as our "genius zone." She guided me in finding ways to apply these skills in other areas of my job, allowing me to work more effectively and align some of these strengths into my role. This has helped with me being more aware and doing a line check when needed, boosting my sense of fulfillment in my role. I appreciated Peggy's ability to balance professionalism with a warm and friendly approach. Each session felt like talking to a trusted friend with no judgements, as she always remained fully present and focused on helping me grow.
